Transformers Animated - Liege Maximo

Here's one of the original bad boys of the Original Primes.

Meet Liege Maximo, eleventh-born of Primus first children, liar and manipulator, created as a representation of evil as a natural counterforce to good, and who first appeared in Marvel's "Generation 2" comics, where he was said to be the ancestor of Megatron and the Decepticons.  His artifact was the Legian Darts, which contained powerful toxins designed to incapacitate Maximo's foes in various ways once they entered the body, although his true and most effective weapon was his silver tongue. 

After the Original Primes had their fallout, Liege Maximo left Cybertron and formed his own interstellar empire called the Hub.

For this, I obviously used Starscream as a basis, as I figured it would be appropriate given how both are such big liars.  I had a bit of trouble with the Loki horns since they kept looking more like bug antennae.  As a result, I used both those and his original G2 Viking-esque horns.

Up next is arguably the most well-known of the Original Primes, the Fallen himself, Megatronus.
